All programs are developed to include a “show and tell” segment. This open discussion allows each group of learners an opportunity to reflect on their past experiences so they can identify and work through any biases that may have resulted from those experiences.

As skills and knowledge are acquired, the learner must be able to identify what to do with this new information. To ensure this happens, we incorporate projects that allow learners to apply the new skills that will impact the work that they are currently doing so that it has meaning.

Adults inherently want to be self-directed and to decide for themselves what they want to learn. Therefore, we actively involve the participants in the learning experience with the use of skills assessments and exit surveys.
